Other than that, he seemed very personable, and I felt confident having him represent the property to potential buyers.
We got a good, cash offer on the first day, and Bert was on top of it through the whole process. There were a couple of glitches and holdups that made me a bit nervous, but Bert was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Knowing that he was taking care of things helped to reduce my anxiety, and I appreciate that. In the end, everything went pretty much the way he said it would, so kudos to Bert!
